Construction content: Purchase and install relevant storage tanks, fermenters, vertical agitators, separators, plate evaporators, spray drying towers, packaging machines and other production and auxiliary equipment; build supporting facilities including cooling circulation water pool and pump house.
Product plan: 2,500 t/a of active dry yeast (feed grade + food grade), 2,500 t/a of yeast hydrolysate, 1,625 t/a of powdered yeast extract and yeast compound seasoning, 2,200 t/a of paste extract, 2,060 t/a of yeast cell wall.
Main raw materials: 42,000 t/a of mother liquor sugar (from crystalline glucose workshop), 3,150 t/a of corn steep liquor, etc.
