- Total investment: USD7.06 million (RMB50.8 million), of which USD13,908 (RMB100,000) is for environmental protection
- Construction content: to upgrade some equipment of functional sugar workshop and crystallized fructose workshop, to increase the capacity of crystallized fructose.
- Main raw materials: 80,000 t/a of self-produced starch slurry
- Labor quota: no new employee, relying on existing 105 staffs
- Working system: 330 working days per year
- Construction period: 1 month
