The User’s access to the said website and use of the said services shall be deemed as acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Rules.

The user expressly agrees to bear the entire risk of using the information services of Nkmarketresearch.com and to be fully responsible for the consequences of using the information services. nkmarketresearch.com is not liable for the risk of any user.

 

  1. Modification, interruption or termination of services

  1. Law and jurisdiction

The laws of the People’s Republic of China shall apply to the signing and fulfillment of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes.

 

10.2

In the event of any dispute between the two parties over the content or fulfillment of this Agreement, the parties shall first resolve the dispute through friendly consultation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit to the China Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

 

  1. Notification and delivery

 

 

11.1

All notices under this Agreement may be served by means of an important page notice, e-mail or letter. Such notices shall be deemed to have reached the addressee from the date of dispatch.

 

 

  1. Other regulations

 

 

12.1

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Engagement and related matters. Except as provided herein, this Agreement confers no other rights on the parties.

 

 

12.2

If any provision of this Agreement is for any reason invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
